Latest information and updates for agency testing (Updated 3.24.2026)

• The QA/test environment will be entirely unavailable from 3.25.2026 through 4.2.2026.
• Testing for all agencies is planned for 4.13.2026 through 5.8.2026. Details will be provided in an upcoming release notice.
• PayPal will be unavailable for testing from 2.4.2026 through 4.13.2026. Agency users may continue to create test transactions for plastic card and ACH debit if your application allows those payment options.
