Instructions for Accessing the E.V.P. Fee Payment Form
To submit the E.V.P. Fee Payment form for the $3,982 redesignation fee, please follow the steps below:
1.Create a Pay.gov Account
Create a self-enrolled account on Pay.gov using ID.me.
2.Request Access
Email the Department of State at paygovinquiries@state.gov to request access to the E.V.P. Fee Payment form.
Once these steps are completed, Pay.gov will grant you access to the E.V.P. Fee Payment form.
