Borrowers use this form to pay your SBA serviced loan payments, including Economic Injury Disaster loans (EIDL) and other non-COVID Disaster loans. The 10-digit SBA loan number and payment amount are required to complete this form. DO NOT use this form to pay Payroll Protection Program loans or EIDL Advances/Grants. What is my loan number? Your loan number might be on a statement or letter from the SBA. It is NOT your application number. If you do not have a letter or statement, please contact your Service Center or the main SBA help desk at 800-659-2955 if you do not know your Service Center.

How do I see my balance and due date? You need to navigate to the https://caweb.sba.gov site to view your SBA loan information. NOTE: Pay.gov is unable to assist with enrolling or logging into the SBA's Capital Financial System, please contact the SBA for assistance at cls@sba.gov or 1-833-572-0502 (M-F, 8 am - 8 pm). How can I setup a recurring payment? There are two requirements to be met to get to the recurring payment option on the payment page.
  • You first have to log into the Pay.gov profile that you have created and is separate from the SBA system.
  • You then complete the 1201 Borrower Form and choose ACH as the payment method. The option to do a onetime payment or recurring payment will be visible on the Enter Payment Info tab.
