1201 Borrower Payments:Borrowers use this form to pay your SBA serviced loan payments, including Disaster loans. The 10-digit SBA loan number and payment amount are required to complete this form. If you need to obtain the loan number, payment amount or account balance, please review your 1201 monthly payment notice. If you have further questions, please contact the SBA Loan Servicing Office listed on your 1201 monthly payment notice.

Current SBA Serviced Disaster (Home and Business) Loans: If your disaster loan was in regular servicing status on March 1, 2020, the SBA is providing automatic deferments through December 31, 2020.If you have questions about your current loan, whether or not your loan is automatically deferred, and what deferment means, please contact your SBA Loan Servicing Office directly. SBA Loan Servicing Office info is listed on your 1201 monthly payment notice.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans:
If you are a borrower trying to payback your PPP loan DO NOT USE THIS FORM. You must make payment back to your lending institution, not SBA.
If you are a PPP borrower or lender repaying an EIDL loan that is being refinanced with PPP loan proceeds, please use this form.
