Use this form to submit payment of late filing fees for public financial disclosure reports. OGE Form 278e (Executive Branch Personnel Public Financial Disclosure Report) or OGE Form 278-T (Periodic Transaction Report).

You must provide the email that you used for accessing https://www.integrity.gov
