About this form

Public customers will use this form to submit payments from direct sales engaged in business activity with the Department of Navy. Ex: Sale of energy, electricity, commodities, food sales, sale of real property, etc.

Input accounting data you received from the Notice of Payment Request form. Contact your Navy or DFAS action officer if you have questions or for additional instruction.

Use the Department of Navy Customer and Vendor Payment pay.gov form if engaged with grantor/performer reimbursable work activity.

  • Venmo account
  • Debit or credit card

With an account you can:

  • See the payments you made since you created an account.
