Use this form to pay certifications to USCG ECOFR.

 It is recommended that companies submitting the form for multiple certifications self-enroll on Pay.gov with a username so you can access your submitted forms and payments.

Please note that all amendments to active COFRs , other than vessel name changes, can be done by sending an email to  HQS-SMB-NPFC-ECOFR@uscg.mil.  Please provide name of operator, COFR number (if known) vessel name and description of change (example: ABC Inc,. COFR number 123456-11, vessel name ABC123, gross tonnage change from 1111 to 2222, effective June 25, 2025.  For gross tonnage changes, please direct your guarantor to submit coverage with the amended tonnage and matching effective date provided). Other non-fee transactions include the following:

• Operator address change
• Vessel Type
• Hull Type (tank vessel only)
• Flag
• Vessel Owner Name

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Debit or credit card

With an account you can:

• See the payments you made since you created an account.
• Store payment information so you don't have to re-enter it.
• Copy a form you already submitted the next time you need to make a payment.
