The information provided on the following pages will be used to populate the Department of Homeland Securitys Immigration Bond form (I-352).  Please be sure to review all information for accuracy. You may generate a PDF copy of this completed form with the full terms and conditions at the conclusion of these steps.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM unless you already have an approved U.S. Nonimmigrant Visa application AND you were instructed to pay here by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you applied. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Visa Bonds are only required for certain U.S. Nonimmigrant Visas.  The fees are non-refundable. There will be no refund of these fees, even if you paid by mistake. Unless you were specifically instructed by a U.S. Embassy or Consulate to pay fees here, DO NOT PAY HERE. Do not guess the amount of fees you owe. Follow ALL of the instructions you were given by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
