Use this form to pay your Nonimmigrant Visa Bond

The information provided on the following pages will be used to populate the Department of Homeland Securitys Immigration Bond form (I-352). Please be sure to review all information for accuracy. You may generate a PDF copy of this completed form with the full terms and conditions at the conclusion of these steps.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM unless you already have applied for a U.S. Nonimmigrant Visa AND you were instructed to pay here by the consular officer at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you applied. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

This bond may be paid by the applicant, or by a third party, including friends, family members, and business associates. The name of the person paying MUST match the name on the method of payment. The person who pays for the bond is the person to whom the refund of the bond deposit will be returned, if the bond has not been breached. 

Visa Bonds are only required for certain U.S. Nonimmigrant Visas.  The fees are non-refundable. There will be no refund of these fees, even if you paid by mistake. Unless you were specifically instructed by a U.S. Embassy or Consulate to pay fees here, DO NOT PAY HERE. Do not guess the amount of fees you owe. Follow ALL of the instructions you were given by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

All visa bonds must be paid in U.S. dollars and will be returned in U.S. dollars.  The obligor, or payee, is responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate.
