Use this website to pay fees for U.S. passport applications submitted through passport acceptance facilities in the region(s) listed below, or if you were provided this link to pay by Passport Services via a QR code. Examples of a passport acceptance facility include: a post office, clerk of the court, public library, or other local government office inside the United States.

  • Oahu, Hawaii is currently the only participating region; more options will come later.

DO NOT pay here if you are applying outside the region(s) indicated above.

DO NOT pay here if you are applying at an embassy or consulate outside the United States.

Before you begin, determine which passport application form, DS-11 or DS-82, you will submit. See our What Form should I use? guidance or use the online form filler available at pptform.state.gov to identify and complete the appropriate application form. If these tools indicate that you are a 'renewing adult,' DO NOT pay here. Go back to the 'Which Form?" tool, and follow instructions for online renewals. Please note passport fees are NOT refundable except in very limited circumstances.

Passport application fees are different for minors (under the age of 16). Learn more about fees for adults and minors at our Passport Fees page.

Before moving forward with your payment, you should decide whether you will be asking for expedited service, and/or express mail (1-2 day) return postage. Both options incur additional fees, with amounts subject to change. See updated Routine vs Expedited processing times and current fee amounts here on travel.state.gov and learn about options to Get your Passport Fast.

Urgent travel? Pay by credit card, debit card, or Venmo. PayPal payments may take 1-2 business days to complete, potentially delaying your passport processing.
