Use this website to pay fees for U.S. passport applications submitted through passport acceptance facilities in the region(s) listed below, or if you were provided this link to pay by Passport Services via a QR code. Examples of a passport acceptance facility include: a post office, clerk of the court, public library, or other local government office inside the United States.

  • This service is only available for applicants applying in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa.  Applicants applying outside of these locations should visit travel.state.gov or contact their local acceptance facility for payment options.

DO NOT pay here if you are applying outside the region(s) indicated above.

DO NOT pay here if you are applying at an embassy or consulate outside the United States.

Before you pay, use our Form Filler tool so you submit the correct form. You can only pay online using this Pay.gov form if you qualify to use form DS-11. Please note we cannot refund your passport fees, except in very limited circumstances. Eligible U.S. citizens can renew their passports online using form DS-82. Please visit opr.travel.state.gov to check your eligibility and start the renewal process.

Passport application fees are different for minors (under the age of 16). Learn more about fees for adults and minors at our Passport Fees page.

Before paying, decide how soon you need a passport. You can request optional expedited service and 1-2 day return delivery, which will add fees to the total amount you must pay the U.S. Department of State. A separate $35.00 execution fee is required and must be paid directly to the acceptance facility where you submit your application. This fee is separate from the passport fees paid online. Visit our website to find current processing times and learn about options to get your passport fast
