Use this form to pay your application fee if you are an airline crew member submitting a DS-82 Passport Renewal application through the Passport Services' Airline Crew Program.

Passport fees are NOT refundable except in very limited circumstances. DO NOT pay fees here, unless you have been instructed to do so by your employer. 

DO NOT pay fees here unless ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE TRUE: 

• You are an airline crew member.
• You have the required statement on company letterhead and photocopy of your airline company employee ID.
• You are renewing a 10-year validity U.S. passport book or are requesting a second U.S. passport book.
• The passport book was issued less than 15 years ago and is expiring in 12 months or less.
• The passport book is in your possession, has not been mutilated, damaged, lost, or stolen.

Urgent travel? Pay by credit card only. PayPal payments can take several days to arrive, delaying your passport processing. 

Important: Be sure to print the payment confirmation screen or the confirmation email and include a copy with your application package that you mail to Passport Services.
