Use this Form to pay for Filing fees, Ch.7, 11 & 13 installment payments, Searches, Certifications, Copies, Recordings of hearings, To Amend schedules, Motion to reopen and to pay for other fees for the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York ONLY.

*DO NOT USE for Chapter 13 Plan payments. Debtors in PENDING cases must pay via ACH or Debit Card ONLY.
