Use this form to make a One-Time payment directly to PBGC for repayment of a benefit overpayment (NOT for premium payments)

Please Note: Do not pay Treasury debt through this form, use only for a One-Time direct payment to PBGC through Pay.gov

• Bank account (ACH)
• Debit card
