Duplicating (Copying) Payment Forms

You can reuse saved forms to make new payments of the same kind.

Tip: If you have more than one account, agency forms used in one account will not be seen in the other.

Only the form used for a payment can be saved and duplicated. Payment pages with your account information cannot. For instruction on saving a form see the Saving Agency Forms topic.

  1. Sign In.

  2. Your My Account Page opens.

  3. Click View My Forms.

  4. Click the Saved tab.

  5. Find the agency form you want to copy.

  6. Click the Duplicate link to the right of the form description.

  7. The form, with information you saved, opens.

  8. If needed, change the payment amount or other information.

  9. Click the Continue button and complete your payment.
