Canceling Automatic Recurring Payments

You are still required to pay any remaining balance to the agency. You can set up a new automatic recurring payment or you can make single payments to the agency as needed.

Tip: You must have a account and sign in to cancel automatic recurring payments.

  1. Sign In.

  2. On your My Account page, click on the View Payment Activity button.

  3. Click on the Pending tab.

  4. Find the automatic recurring payment. (Pending will only show the next scheduled payment).

  5. If your payment is listed, click the Cancel link to cancel it.

    If your payment is not listed, click the Completed heading, find your payment, write down the transaction date and amount, and call your bank or credit card issuer for further instructions.

    Tip: For automatic recurring payments, only the next scheduled payment date is listed.

  6. Click OK to confirm deleting the payment.

  7. Your payment is removed from the Pending list and added to the Completed list. Its Transaction status is changed to Canceled.
