Can I change my user name?

When I signed in I was told to read and agree to the Rules of Behavior

Once a year you must reread and agree to the Rules of Behavior. You cannot continue until this is done.

  1. Click the link on the notice.

  2. Read the Rules of Behavior.

  3. Check the box.

  4. Click the Continue button.

  5. Your My Account page opens.

Can I sign in after I've started a payment?

Yes. However, any payments completed before signing in will not be included in your My Account, Payment Activity list.

How long will I stay signed in?

You are automatically signed out after thirty (30) minutes of inactivity. You will then need to sign in again. Anything not completed or saved before the automaic sign out will be lost.

My account is locked, what do I do?

You have three tries in a row to sign in, after which your account is locked for 15 minutes. Try again after 15 minutes.

If your account is locked without a failed sign in, contact Customer Support.
