Pay.gov is aware that your normal process may have changed due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Please be advised that Pay.gov Customer Support does not have any information about your CMS Application Fee. Per CMS, please contact your respective Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC’s) also known as the FFS contractor to determine if it should be waived due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. MACs will be able to confirm your eligibility of a refund and will know if additional documents are needed for an ACH payment refund and be able to answer any additional questions you may have.
