Changing Your Name, Address or Phone Number

Changing your address and phone number on Pay.gov does not change the information an agency has in it's records, for example the VA or Small Business Administration. You must contact the agency directly to change your information.

  1. Sign in.

  2. If you are already logged in and your My Account page is not open, click the My Account link at the top of the page.

  3. Your My Account page opens.

  4. Click the View Profile Information button.

  5. Change the information in the Name and Address fields.

  6. Click the Save button.

  7. A message confirming the change appears at the top of the page.

  8. You will also receive an email confirming the change to your account information.
